As a consultant, he has completed searches at every level from secretary to CEO, in every industry from Office Support to IT to Engineering to Sales. Beginning with a national franchise, Larry ranked #16 out of 1500 consultants in only his second year in the business.
As a General Manager, Larry built his firm from small to #3 out of 250 offices in only his third year in operation. Opening another new office, he developed it to #3 out of 43 regional offices in his second year.
